All our fish are spawned on site using our stunning brood stock, using natural and artificial methods.  

These 1 summer fish are grade on first netting, then held in a holding pond for roughly a week before there graded though again, normally we try to keep between 500 - 600 stunning individuals.

Unlike most fish farms where not just picking out all the shooters, I'm picking out very scaley, uniquely scaled perfect fish, some commons are kept, the odd scaley Lin and the odd wild koi.

These fish are never sold.
